TCOLE Basic Instructor Certification - 40 hours TCOLE Credit



This course is open to Law Enforcement and Security

For Police - TCOLE Pre-requisite is 2 years as a sworn peace officer


This course covers Course Development, Lesson Plan Creation, Presentation Skills, Methods of Instruction, Learning Aids, and Classroom Management. Participants must complete the entire course, pass a written exam, and pass a final 15 minute presentation.


Participants must bring a Laptop Computer with PowerPoint

TCOLE Firearms Instructor Certification - 40 Hours TCOLE Credit



This course is open to Law Enforcement and SecurityFor Police

TCOLE Pre-requisite is 2 years as a sworn peace officer and Basic TCOLE Instructor Certification


This course teaches HOW to teach officers to shoot and diagnostic skills for improving the shooting skills of your officers.
We do not teach "our" way and "the only" way rather, we teach all different methods.
This course Firearms Safety, Firearms Types, Firearms Functioning, Legal Issues and Liability, Ballistics, Shooting Stances, Grip, Trigger Control, Evaluating Shooting Errors, Diagnostics For Remedial Shooter Training, Weapon Retention, Range Operations, Documentation of Training


Participants must pass pre-qualification on Day 1 with a 90% to continue in the course


Equipment requirements - Duty Weapon and Gear - 1,000 Rounds Ammunition - 12 Gauge Shotgun (loaner available) - 50 Rounds 12 Gauge Slug - .38 Caliber Revolver (loaners available) - 100 Rounds .38 Special Ammunition

Basic Death and Homicide Investigation Certification - 40 Hours TCOLE Credit



This course is for Law Enforcement Only

Prerequisite: Basic Investigator is recommended


This course teaches the finer points of conducting a quality homicide investigation. Topics covered include Investigator Mindset, Investigator Ethics, Investigative Models, Forensics for the Homicide Investigator, Evaluation of Witness Statements, Avoiding Target Lock and Confirmation Bias, Evaluation of Evidence, Crime Scene Analysis, Interviewing Strategies, Case Studies.

This course is developed by Dr. Sanchez and is based on his "Rules of Leadership" that he developed throughout a successful career. Many people get promoted, but do not get taught HOW to lead. This course will prepare you for being a leader on the job... and in life.
